General Policies

Reservations require a valid credit card.

Fees may be applied for Early Check-in and Late Check-out.

Guests must be 21 or older to book the loft. We will require a valid government issued photo ID upon booking.

Key Policy

Loft 11 is a keyless property. Unique door codes are issued ahead of your stay.

Damage & Cleaning Fees

We get it – accidents happen. As the loft is filled to the rafters with fabulous furniture, beautiful things, and state-of the-art tech, we request a £150 security deposit at the time of booking. This is returned to you after your stay is complete once the loft has been checked for any damage / mishaps.

For the same reason, we operate a damage policy: we retain the right to charge 150% of the item's original cost if damaged or broken.

Extended Stay Deposit

For reservations longer than 7 days, a 25% deposit will be taken upon booking on the credit card provided.

Cancellation

Cancellations must be made no later than 3pm GMT, 7 days prior to arrival date.

A cancellation within 7 days upon your arrival or a no-show will incur a penalty equivalent to the full amount of your first night’s rate (not including tax) charged to the credit card provided. To modify a reservation, please email enquiries@loft11.im

Early Departure

When you check-in, you will be asked to confirm your departure date. After reconfirming your departure date, if you decide to leave earlier, you may be charged the £200 early departure fee. If you have any questions, please email enquiries@loft11.im.

Pets

Pets are not allowed at Loft Eleven.

Parking

‘Chester Street’ multi-storey car parking is available for overnight parking, which is approx 30 seconds walk away from Loft Eleven. It can be accessed via 2 points; at ground level from Chester Street; and at level 5 from Finch Road. The maximum height is 1.8m. ‘Pay & Display’ Parking is available 7 days per week on Levels 4, 5 & 6. Parking rates are detailed on the IOM Government website: https://www.gov.im/carparks

Smoking

We love partying like it’s 1999, but smoking is strictly not allowed in the loft. A £250 smoking fee will be applied to the credit card provided should this policy be ignored.

Children

Children are welcome at Loft 11 at their parent’s discretion, but we do not think it’s suitable for toddlers or small children as there are lots of heavy pieces of furniture, breakables, an open spiral staircase and exposed hard stone walls.

Pets

Loft 11 is a pet-free zone.

Amenities

Your reservation includes full apartment usage, complimentary high-speed fibre broadband WiFi and a custom-equipped welcome pack.

Professional Filming /Photography:

All professional filming/photography of, or on, the Loft’s property must be cleared and approved with management. All film and photo shoots/sessions approval are at the discretion of the management and all parties are subject to shooting/session fees, along with providing the necessary paperwork involved with the filming/photography.
