1. Concierge

Loft Eleven is a unique property, and unlike most other hotels there is not a 24hr lobby or concierge. We like to think our guests value an independent, more private stay more akin to a b&b or apartment. However, there is always a member of staff available to answer enquiries via email and an emergency phone number is always available.

2. Guest Services

Food / drinks / entertainment packages are available from Henderson and Glass, the sister cafe / coffee shop / cocktail bar situated below Loft Eleven. All available guest services are detailed on the information screens and welcome book located within the living space of Loft Eleven.

3. Arrival

We will contact you one day prior to arrival to coordinate an arrival time and keyless entry pass for the front door of the apartment along with our Loft Eleven contact number. The day of arrival, you will receive a personal text regarding any changes in travel plans. You receive all necessary information in order for you to gain full entry and access to Loft Eleven.

4. Discounts

All Loft Eleven guests receive 10% off all Loft Eleven affiliated restaurants and bars when you present your welcome email to your server/bartender. Details of the affiliated restaurants are found in the Loft Eleven Welcome Pack upon arrival.

5. Extended Stay

Loft Eleven is a complete luxury apartment, fully decked out with necessary amenities; ideal for hosting long-term guests.

6. Event Services

The Loft boasts private event services, for guests only, that can be fully hosted, staffed and catered depending on guest requirements and budget. Please speak to us for details of our complete event packages or to plan a custom hosted event.

7. Our environmental impact

We have endeavoured to be as environmentally conscious as possible at Loft 11. As the interior is very well lit, LED lighting has been installed throughout. In order to further assist in reducing environmental impact, we kindly request that you turn off lights when you’re not using them.

We have sourced as many sustainable elements as possible for the loft, including the carpet in the bedrooms and cinema lounge which is made out recycled plastic bottles and fishing nets.
